Spitball

I'm totally spitballing here so don't expect a coherent entry.

I just spent the last two to three hours figuring out the proper statistical treatment to use for my cousin's thesis.

First of all, I just wanna say that I'm doing this for free (for her because she's my own flesh and blood). Well, not really free per se considering I badgered her and her thesis buddies into buying me a whole ultimate burger steak meal which they've willingly given. I don't feel bad about it though.

Secondly, I don't know what it is with school work that makes me want to dive into it whenever I get the chance. I miss school, the fun part of it made up by crazy friends, group study sessions turned drinking sessions and then failing an important test the next day. That having been said, I think the reason why I love doing school stuff for people is that I now have the drive to actually study stuff and learn them. When I was a student, I didn't care and I actually thought that's how a normal student acts. Now I'm realizing that if only I had this kind of drive when I was a student, I would have been one of the best if not the best. I don't regret anything though. My life as a student in the formal setting of a school is now over. I'm proud to say that I'm fully equipped with conventional knowledge that will serve as my treasure map to the real world where danger and bad guys are as real as they can get.

I don't have a third point and my brain is now threatening to claw its way out of my skull.

I gotta go get some sleep.
